I was feeling really low. This pandemic stuff hit me hard. I was sick with Covid symptoms for over a month...I lost my job...I lost my mother. I felt like I was drowning. I found the alpha medical site ...i gave it a try. It was affordable and fast and was on my way to brighter days. The assessment given made me realize and somewhat understand what was going on in my mind. I see things from a different perspective now. Medication was sent directly to me and there were follow ups to see how I was feeling. It saved my sanity!

Alpha has been AMAZING. I absolutely love my doctor. She listened to me and genuinely cared. She asked for my input when making the treatment plan and only moved forward when and with what I was comfortable. No surprises! My medication arrived in the mail a few days later and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far.

I was charged for a prescription that I did not need refilled. I was told the system in place fills a prescription and charges someone when there is an adjustment made to the treatment plan. I think this is completely unfair. Funds are tight as they are and I just lost my job due to Covid. My current medication will last me up until September 24th and now they charged me 30$ for another month on top of what I have. It's not fair. I'm dissapointed and upset, angry and feel taken advantage of. I was told no refund can be made, because they already filled my prescription the day of me telling them I didn't want it. Now I have the bag unopened looming on my desk. I feel bullied into a corner for something I didn't want.

Very easy and quick to get the birth control I need! Thank you for making everything so simple! This is the same brand and price I pay without the annoying doctor visit! Thanks alpha!
