I am sorry to hear that you feel this way about our product. I would like to take this opportunity to explain what our product is in hopes that it gives you a better understanding of what you have purchased. As a natural medicine, Anxietin safely activates the body's natural relief and balance mechanisms. Many other OTC formulations rely on chemical responses to activate or block certain responses and come with notable side effects you can read about in the product indications. Natural medicine is safe. The purified ionized mineral water in Anxietin is an effective delivery agent for the homeopathic ingredients, as opposed to alcohol, which is common to most homeopathic preparations but irritating to your system. I do see that you have just recently purchased our product. Since our products contain natural homeopathic ingredients (in an ionized water base-intended to have no flavor), it can take time to build up before the body will begin responding effectively. For this reason, we encourage our customers to give our product a minimum of 30 days with regular use (1ml twice daily) as results and timing for relief will vary with each person. I am sorry to hear that you have not found any relief from our product. I am curious how the product is being taken as well. Are you taking the product twice daily? Have you been taking the product on an empty stomach or with food? We would be happy to help you with any dosing questions or product use. Please feel free to contact our call center directly if you have any questions or concerns. Also, after reviewing your order information, the time between your first order and the second was only 8 days. With homeopathy, it can take time to build up in the system before the body will begin responding effectively to the dosing. For most customers, it has been between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before they began feeling any relief. I am wondering as well, if you went through product that quickly, you may not have been taking is as directed. So again, please feel free to contact our call center with any questions.
