According to your order information, you did not select overnight shipping, but our saver shipping option. With the tracking number that was provided by USPS, you have received your package on the 10th of November, 4 business days from the date it was shipped. I do apologize for any confusion. I am terribly sorry about any delay in shipping. I have looked into your order information I see that you had selected our saver shipping option. With this shipping method, packages are typically delivered with in 7-10 business days with the post office. According to your tracking number provided by USPS, the package shipped out on the 23rd and was delivered on the 2nd, which is with in that time frame.
