Great product; no side effects safe for children
I have used Synaptol for many years. I notice a difference in my daughter. She was not diagnosed with a learning disorder but I wanted to help her focus. It was recommended to me by a friend and they used it on their son. You must use it consistently to get the desired results. I noticed when I didn't give it the inattentiveness and the inability to focus was there. I have recommended it to other friends for their children and they have the same results. It is a wonderful product with no side effect. I love it and always keep it on hand.

never got thru
I got my medicine, the instructions were not that detailed. I try to call hello life to ask some questions, never got thru was put on hold forever. I was very upset, then i send an email and still haven't heard anything. I wish your customer service was better. Not happy with customer service!!!!!!

I do apologize that you have not been able to have your questions answered by a representative. I did see that a reply was sent via email, but perhaps this got filed under junk or spam. As far as dosing though, it is a standard dose of 1 ml twice daily for any person over 50 pounds. With homeopathics, it does tend to work best on an empty stomach, so most customers will take the product before breakfast and again before dinner, which can be mixed in with water or dispensed directly into the mouth. You can also find the dosing instructions right on the website under the usage tab.

I question your mail delivery
I placed an order on 8-7-15. It was shipped on 8-10-15. I have still not received the order and it is now 8-17-15.The order number is 297094 Thankyou.

I do apologize for the delay. We did ship your product First-Class Package Service. Everything is shipped via USPS, and I do see, according to the tracking number, that there was a short delay in sorting. The package is currently at your local post office and is expected to be delivered sometime this afternoon. Please contact our call center if you do not receive your package or you may also contact your local post office for updated information as well.
