My first time using Hello MD!
The receptionist (forgot her name) was very pleasant and personable. Top notch and very helpful. Dr. Carol Bugailiskis was awesome! She handled my conditions with care and detail.

GOOD EXPERIENCE
WAIT TIME WAS ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINUTES WHICH I THOUGHT WAS GOOD CONSIDERING YOU CAN WAIT FOR HOURS AT A TRADITIONAL DOCTOR'S OFFICE. DR. BROOKS WAS PROFESSIONAL, INFORMATIVE AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Fast, easy, and professional
The site is well put together, the doctors and queue managing staff for video conferencing were professional and personable, and I felt like the doctor made sure to give both positives and negative aspects to treatment, not just a "go smoke weed" idea. Thank you.
