Very easy process, great and polite customer service

Other than a few glitches with the app which I was able to workaround with my laptop the whole process was AWESOME! I've been putting off doing this for years and was so pleased with how easy, professional, and caring the process was. My doctor truly felt like he wanted to know about me and my conditions and was pleased to be able to help. I am excited to possibly get off some of the medications I've been on.

Dr Olson was very nice, efficient with excellent explanations. However, her assumptions that I know nothing or am doing something wrong by living as I am now was frustrating to me. Even so, I'm approved and I appreciate her part in this important service.
