I had a really great experience with HelloMD. The sign up process is easy and the staff on duty are really cheerful and customer service oriented. Whenever I had a problem that I couldn't figure out, I just asked one of the three live customer service reps in the chat function and they took care of my needs so that I could get back on track. Within 5 to 10min of completing the registration, I was video conferencing with a very knowledgeable and personable doctor; Dr. Hans Park. I expected him to just give me a 'rubber stamp' like I've heard so many other companies do but he actually interviewed me and asked me questions about my condition as if I was sitting in his office. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions easily. He was also very honest in that he said he had didn't have much experience with my condition but was still able to give me several alternate treatment options as well. This site is definitely one of the good ones!
