Nice to be able to talk to a doctor in the comfort of my own home. Doctor Elkind was fantastic and gave me excellent recommendations specific to my case.

The process was thorough and thoughtful, but expedient.

There was a short (approximately 5 minute) wait to be seen by the physician. She was pleasant, and communicated clearly. She was attentive to my specific medical condition and goals of treatment. The encounter was short but she asked twice whether she could provide any additional help, or answer further questions.

Dr. Olson spent the time to discuss with me all available options and the potential underlying issues of my disorder. I was really impressed with her professionalism and candid approach to medicine.

The doctor was very helpful. She answered all my questions easily and gave me all the information i need.

Sharon Olson was my dr and she was amazing and thorough and seemed to genuinely care about patients getting better. The reason hellomd got 4 stars instead of 5 was that I waited for almost 2 hours (you can't use your phone during this time) and after 40 min it logs you out so I had to wait again. That part definitely needs work.

Professional and to the the point with recommendations. She was familiar with my medical history and discussed same. Would recommend to anyone.
