Dear Customer Unfortunately, due to an error on the system, the product was incorrectly listed in our inventory. As a result, we offered the Stage 1 formula but mistakenly shipped the Stage 2 formula instead. To address this, we provided a return label to all customers who ordered this item, as we understand it was not the product you intended to purchase. Regrettably, the Stage 1 formula is currently out of stock, so we are offering refunds for the returned items.
