They said they would find my order guess what they didn’t I have emailed them twice about an update haven’t heard nothing I ordered it September 8 and still Waiting this is actually the worst experience I’ve ever had

No shipping updates or response — Order #16724 I placed order #16724 on October 6, 2026, for a gold MK5 Iron Man Helmet priced at $199.50. As of October 22, I have not received any shipping updates, and my order still shows “Awaiting information” in the Shop app. I have contacted HeroSlash but have not received a response. The lack of communication is frustrating and concerning. Please provide a clear update, a valid tracking number, and an estimated delivery date. If you cannot fulfill my order, I request a full refund. I am willing to update this review once the issue is resolved. David Capriles

I placed an order on Aug 28th and they still haven’t shipped it. They completely stopped answering my emails as of last week and the customer service line is down. SCAM

I’ve been waiting for over 2 months and the shipment stopped moving on the courier site on the 8th and @heroslash were replying saying I had to wait till 22 days of shipping had past, after that date they started ignoring my emails and calls. I spoke to someone three days ago on their instagram and they told me they would email me within 48hrs and still not received anything, I believe they are scamming people with fake tracking. The worse thing is that helmet was one of my sons birthday presents for tomorrow and missing this present, feels like the games at theme park, few earlier winners then the other get nothing. Would be ok if the customer support wasn’t so awful and they communicated support. I will have to put a chargeback on my card and have one disappointed birthboy at this rate. While the helmets look good, go to Disney as you know you won’t get scammed.

I ordered an Iron Man helmet and was told on Oct 9 it was on its way, then on Oct 14 that it would ship by the end of that week. It still hasn't shipped. Since then I've emailed, texted, and left several voicemails at the support number with no response at all. I understand there's been a change in support staff and couriers, but customers deserve a reply. HeroSlash, please reach out to me about order #16796. I'm happy to update this review once it's resolved.

This website is a scam. They don't tell you that they are just a drop shipping website. They are good at answering emails the first time but if your order gets lost or shipping is too long they will not answer emails, phone calls or text messages. At purchase it says it takes 8nto 10ndays to ship but later you will get an email saying 10 to 22 days. It's been 23 days for me and my order is still sitting in a warehouse in china somewhere waiting shipping. I already reported this place to the bbb and to my credit card company.

Zero Stars. The worst mistake was ordering from them; for over 2 months nothing shipped and a bunch of sorrys and excuses. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company.

I wish I would have just purchased it off Amazon. Their order processing/shipping times are false. They just send out generic emails updates to keep you comfortable until your shipping date has passed. They lied about ensuring the product quality when they don't make it. The product is shipped internationally. When you try to cancel the order, they can't because the carrier picked up the product. My order has been sitting for two weeks with no update from them or from the carrier. Spend your money some where else
