The representive was friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and gave us a number to call for addition questions or concerns. The price is a a big plus for our budget. Saving money is always a good thing.

So, I am a salesman, if missed my appointment I would call the customer the next day and explain why I missed my appointment. Lots of I'msorries. Did Highline? Nooooo. They did reply to my first review and said please contact us, you can call or use the chat feature. As I said I am a salesperson, so if I am at a customer's site, I don't want to be on the phone, a little more discreet would be the chat. I tried highlines chat. Two options Talk to an agent or see the rates. Guess which worked. However, I did eventually call and talked to a real person. They said I wasn't scheduled for an install. Waaaaat? Ok then they changed it to they had a mistake and they should have called. Agrreed. I asked for a supervisor. She called. I'm much happier now. Rescheduled for install and compensated for my time. All the folks I actually talked to were very nice and sympathetic. So, I will give them profs for that. Now we will see how it goes. If they continue to improve, I will reevaluate my stars.

Attempted to get service July of 2025. They had issues installing, couldn’t get through because of rock in the conduct? We tried to get a resolve and were unsuccessful. They didn’t provide good updates and couldn’t tell me when they would be able to resolve. I gave up when winter hit and we still didn’t have an install date up update on what they needed to due. Fast forward to July 30th 2026 I received a text from Highline to call and schedule my installation appointment. I called and explained what happened last year and wanted to make sure the issues were resolved before we set my installation appointment. As far as they could tell we were ready to go! Make the appointment for 8/11 for drop and 8/15 for installation. Day of the 11th they call and verify where to install on the outside of the house. I get home and no box on the outside of the house. The 15th rolls around and no call and no one shows up. I called the following Monday and was told the notes indicated I had canceled. Multiple calls back to highline find out 2 weeks after our installation date that they can’t get through the road bore.

EDIT: Service was installed on the confirmed Tuesday date, and the tech who came out to do the installation was great. We have had no issues with the service since the installation and have been pleased by the customer support from everyone we have talked to at Highline. Nearly 2 weeks ago I scheduled to have internet installed in a home I was purchasing. It was supposed to be installed Wednesday this week (now Friday). After no one showed up on Wednesday, I reached out to support to see what happened. I was told that since the request was for a home that already had an ongoing service, that my request was likely ignored as they assumed it was a mistake. Instead of reaching to me or the previous home owner, they just decided to ignore the request. That is insane to me. I was then promised that I would have an expedited installation today. After the window they provided me with passed and again no one showed up, I reached out to support. This time, I was told by the supervisor that the agent who told me it would be installed today didn't save the request correctly. I'm not entirely sure what that even means or how that is possible. I was then promised by the supervisor that it would be installed next Monday morning. A few hours after that call and I am told that it is now getting installed on Tuesday instead. I have dealt with several internet providers in the past and I have never experienced anywhere close to the same poor service that I have been given here. I will add that the people I have spoken to have been kind and apologetic, and I do appreciate that. However, as I work from home and a private internet connection is required for my job, I can't help but feel like I am being punished for mistakes being made that are out of my control.

These people are absolutely horrible when putting in their crap they will cut any and every line in their path they cut our internet twice and water line as well honestly I don’t know how they stay in business
