Tried out their custom pendant service and was surprised by the level of detail. The communication during the process was decent, and the final product matched what I expected. It feels like they’ve been doing this for a while solid experience from start to finish

Hip-Hop Bling is absolutely a 5 Star company. The quality of the Rick Ross Ruby pendant I ordered and received yes Right On! I've been buying jewelry for over 40 years and went to gem and Jewelry trade shows and work in the Hip Hop music industry and this is a high quality Lab Ruby. The customer service and shipping process was fast and professional. They communicate very well and I've seen them grow over the years. This is my first purchase with them and will continue buying all my Hip Hop Jewelry from them and let all my friends know where to get high quality bling. They also carry solid gold with natural as well as moissanite diamonds. I showd my Ruby pendant to some of my friends and they asked where I got it they want one. They also we're amazed at the quality of the Lab Ruby themselves.

False, the popular watch was on backorder and the customer got his money back.

I ordered a necklace from you guys on March 21. I have not received my order. It has been sitting at the same location for 13 days. This is the tracking number 9400111106150852291455. This is my order number HHB#279755. I've reached out to you by email and your chat several times about this matter. No one has responded. I've ordered from you before plenty of times and never had this problem. I have tried calling and the number is invalid. I need some one to reach out to me ASAP about this matter. Thank you.

This is a customer who has made 8 orders over 5 years. The necklace was temporarily sold out and we issued a refund. We then upgraded her to a more expensive larger variant of the solid gold herringbone chain for the same price which was below cost to make it right. This issue has long been resolved. We hope you will update the review to accurately reflect the remedy.

Easy to look around website. Great quality in the product I purchased from this website. Will order again in the future from this company.

I submitted a return request on 12/9/24. As of this writing, 12/23/24, I still have not received the return shipping label to send the item back, which is way too big for my wrist. The description of the item did not give a size so whoever writes the description for their items does not include pertinent information. I am now stuck with a bracelet that I can't wear because it falls off my wrist.

This customer has placed 12 orders over 6 years. That is a really nasty thing to do, to sign up for Trust Pilot just to leave a negative review over something that could have been resolved with a simple email. Absolutely disgusting.
