I have ordered with them for years and made another order back in april on the 16th and its now july and despite reaching customer support and them saying it should arrive in two weeks back in may, i still havent received my 200 dollar order... I hope this reveiw gets the companies attention and they remedy my issue :) (order number is 27381) *I have gotten the attention of customer service and they are resending my package, I will update review once my package arrives*

This is an international order so shipping is sometimes slower. We see you placed 5 previous orders over years. Why no positive Reviews for those? Update: Our records show we shipped the order twice, the customer certainly received one of them for sure.

Sent watch back timely and I cannot contact a customer service rep and they don't answer email. Watch was 875.00 and I want my refund. I'm pissed!!

Our records indicate that the order was refunded. Another fake review. Trust Pilot is a complete and total joke.
