Hi MM,
We appreciate all feedback (even when it’s anonymous) because it helps us improve. That said, we’re always a little cautious when reviews lack identifying details, especially in an industry where certain competitors have been known to post under fake names.
Just to clarify: Hiro is not a faceless software company. We’re a customer-driven platform that’s been around since 2019 and proudly growing. We offer live Q&A, live chat support, a private Facebook community, and even allow our users to shape the product roadmap. In fact, every major feature inside Hiro was requested by our customers.
We don’t offer free trials because we run a lifetime deal, not a monthly subscription. Sadly, this occasionally attracts people looking to take advantage by using the product for weeks, then demanding refunds or initiating chargebacks. We’re a small, independent team (not Google, not Meta) trying to make powerful tools affordable. Abuse of that trust hurts everyone.
And if your concerns are genuine, we absolutely want to make it right. But we’ll need a little more than just the initials “MM” to do that.
If you have an account and want real support, reach out directly to our team. We’re happy to help.
— The Hiro Team
Update based on reply: Thank you for the follow‑up. Since you shared the email in your review, we were able to identify your account and review the facts directly.
We revisited your account logs, and they show 1,379 recorded activity events inside the software. These are individual actions taken within the platform and go well beyond simply viewing a page. Based on this data, the software was accessed and actively used.
To clarify an important point: we do not offer refunds when the software has been used as a form of a free trial. This is not hidden or buried anywhere. Our no‑refund policy is clearly stated on our sales pages, checkout pages, and in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service, which are publicly available and linked before purchase.
Our lifetime pricing is intentionally low so creators can get ahead without monthly fees. That model only works when the product is not treated as a try‑it‑and‑return service after use.
We stand by our transparency, our policies, and the data reflected in our system logs. If you would like to discuss your account directly, we are always open to a constructive conversation through our official support channels.

ps: Our goal isn’t to argue . It’s simply to share the facts and be transparent, especially since you’ve chosen to remain anonymous and have left out some important details. We’re a small team that genuinely cares about the people we serve, and we work hard to support our customers with real-time help, live Q&As, and ongoing updates shaped by user feedback.
We’ve offered to assist you several times already, and that offer still stands. If you’re open to it, we’d love the chance to help. Just reach out directly. We’re here to support (even on a Sunday morning - God bless you!).
