The first 2 wheels I ordered were unfortunately the wrong ones for the Rollator being repaired but realized can use them for another. Then I ordered the second pair, and they were exactly what was needed. Repaired the older model and have 2 wheels and bearing for the other. Very pleased !!

I received the parts that I ordered on time and in great shape, It would have helped tremendously if I had received directions to go with the parts.

Quick Release Pin delivered and functional. Needed a quick release pin for a wheelchair, part arrived 4 business days later, but I did not receive tracking information. For a $40 part, it would have been nice to have installation instructions. I figured it out (had to re-orient the pieces and there was a hidden spring) - pin functions as intended.
