My ability to keep everything in a compact and easily retrieved place and the value of the kind of CEUs available was by far the biggest reason I chose to use homeceu!

HOMECEU is a great company. They still provide a truly text option. This is a necessity in areas where the internet is slow or nonexistent. Thank you so much for providing this important service. I will be returning here for my CEUs for as long as you have the text option. Customer service is always knowledgeable and polite. This is a great company!

The courses are good, I am able to use/incorporate the information into my treatments. The reason for the 3 stars is that I wasn't able to open any courses quickly or easily. Each one stated that I had to pay for each class individually... I had already paid the full cost to join. After sending a message to them, it took 2 weeks to hear back on how to open the courses. Frustrating waste of 2 weeks when instructions could have been given automatically upon receiving my payment.

Thank you for your feedback, Shan—and we’re glad to hear you found the course content useful in your practice. We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced accessing your courses after purchase. That delay is not the experience we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with our team to help improve onboarding and communication moving forward. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know and thank you for being part of the HomeCEU community.

Class went way over. it was supposed to be a live webinar but it was obviously pre recorded. No Q&A section. Very odd experience, but the information itself was decent, but not very in depth.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m sorry the experience felt a bit off. We do have a live Q&A session after the class where attendees can ask questions. We are glad the course information was helpful, though I understand wanting more depth. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts and will definitely pass the feedback along so we can keep improving the experience. 🙂
