this site is not very user friendly. my password did not pop up automatically and I'm searching for topics and can't pull up. Not happy
Reply from HomeCEUFeb 20, 2026
Thank you for your feedback — we’re really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. That’s definitely not what we want for our users. Regarding your password not popping up automatically, this is usually controlled by your browser’s saved password settings. If it helps, you can check that your browser is set to save and autofill passwords for our site. As for searching and not being able to pull up topics, that’s concerning. We will have one of our customer service reps reach out to you. Should you have any additional questions, in the meantime, please let us know at 800-554-2387. Thanks for trusting HomeCEU with your CE needs!
