Wow!......Home snap!...You are the best!.... Great marketing tools, passionate and very knowledgeable support staff. I moved from Chicago to Florida--there seemed to be a lot of confusion at Homesnap if Homesnap was even a good choice of service for me (WT?). Finally got past that, Chicago MLS was to have been removed (it's not) and FL made my primary (it's not). I don't even know what I have with Homesnap now, but getting a refund for an ad run on a sold property during the sign up process while signing up for a $100 match of ad funds was not part of the equation. I've reached out 2X again today about them still advertising me in Chicago, but I'm starting to believe it's a moot point. I'm sure you can see my contact info--feel free to reach out to me asap. Most unhappy customer ever....
