Excellent service. HomeSnap is an awesome product for Realtors and our clients. My customer service rep, Emily, helped me get my correct name updated in the App and then I was able to sign-up for HomeSnap Pro+.

I am extremely disappointed with the unethical and deceptive subscription renewal tactics used by this company. Like renewing their customers' subscriptions without properly informing them. These strategies are useful ONLY for short term gains and not repeat business. The unethical tactics used for increased renewal rates by this company is misleading and borderline fraudulent. Stay away

I notified them about a Real Estate agent, Roger Faulkner who represents himself as a Homesnap agent on their website. Roger Faulkner has No Real Estate License and is in Default in San Diego Superior court cases for failure to appear. All are Real Estate related transaction lawsuits. They have not acted quickly to remove him as of yet.
