No issues, fast delivery. Even when they were having some issues with their site domain it had no effect on the deliveries smoothness.

I bought a DL 20 cm plushie and a Caelus puppet the the the DL came first it was amazing the only thing I didn't like about was that after a while the hair got tangled and frizzy but that was probably me and I enjoy the plushie. The Caelus puppet came a few weeks later and it was amazing at first but month later a part of his jacket broke I fixed it but I'm still a bit disappointed that it broke but other than that everything was amazing!

My experience with this store was amazing, they mailed me about inconveniences with a Figure, and they promptly helped me finding a solution; furthermore, when I received my Figure, it was well packed, and everything was great! Will definitely buy from them again

Gonna give a 5, but it's a very close 5. Stuff arrived completely fine! But I found it odd that they don't send an E-Mail when stuff is shipped. So keep an eye on your order page where the Tracking code will be! The third parcel was somehow delivered with a carrier I had never heard of that almost caused some issues due to their lack of dropoff points. Not directly their problem, but it was a bit inconvenient. However the products itself are as advertised and CS reacts perfectly fine. And I'll definitely purchase stuff again from them in the future! Very good and easy spot for HSR merch.
