The Honkai Shop team assisted me with my missing package

Item arrived in great condition and is quality material. My only problem is that the item shipped over a week later than it said it would.

I didn’t have any problems, so I’m not sure about customer service- but I take that as a positive! The delivery time was spot on, and I’m so delighted with my products. I love them! And while they’re a little pricey, at least I know it’s authentic.

All went well, No dramas, the only small issue is the packaging was damaged as the packing was quite tight

Tout est parfait. J'avais acheté le parapluie thème Acheron et c'était comme je l'imaginais. Même si la boîte était abîmé, je reste déçu un peu mais le produit était intact.

Of course it take time to come, and people that said that they wait for too long probably didn't look at the disclaimer. Everything was okay for me and it was easy to follow my order. Thank you !
