Niki took the extra time to walk me through filling out my form and when we hit a snag, she went out of her way to make sure we were able to make it work! She did a fantastic job and was extremely patient with me. Just a great job! Thanks Niki!!!

This was my first direction of investment. Taddie was super helpful and provided step-by-step information to assist me in filling out the proper form. She stayed on the phone line and guided me, even after we lost connection, she called back and stayed the course. Great customer service! Very much appreciated.

One easy phone call with the rep was all it took to transfer my account. Looking forward to the control and opportunities offered in a self-directed option.

I am new to Horizon Trust and navigating can be a little challenging. Every time that I have called in for guidance the staff has been very patient and professional. I just wanted to say "Thank You" Mira for your help this morning.
