Taddie walked me through every step, which took me more time than I expected, so I took much of her time. She never seemed frustrated when I needed her to repeat or further explain something. I'd say she was the most patient person I have needed to walk me through computer documents that I can remember. I asked if I could type this Review later, which should have been at least by yesterday, but I could not be home at a good time and for long enough until TODAY. Thank you Horizon Trust and Taddie!
