Chy is always helpful and responsive with my service requests. Also, there is no long wait time getting through to customer service.

I have been with Horizon Trust since 2015. I have received no help with my account, but have seen the balance diminish every year with their $400+ annual fees when my account sits in a cash account. Then when I finally decided to make my money work for me and transfer the money to a reputable broker it took multiple phone calls to confirm the paperwork I had submitted was my wish. Then over 2 weeks to get the check processing. Then to add salt to the wound...I was charged $500 to close my account!! Stay away from Horizon Trust!!!!!

Chy is very personable, cheerful and patient. She answered all my questions/concerns that I had.

Jessika was fabulous, patient, and kind. She made what could have been confusing and frustrating a pleasant experience. I felt total confidence as Jessika walked me through this process. Outstanding timely customer service. Thank you Jessika!!

Everyone in the team has been quick to get things rolling. They explain everything and walk you Thru the set up. I am pleased at how smoothly it is going !

They were both extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of making the transition as well as explaining everything involved, what to expect and beyond. Jessica was especially super helpful in the whole transition as she basically held my hand and was there with me every step of the way, making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible.
