This Company has so many stupid people working in this place that don't know what's going on and they show it. I been with for five years now. Every time I call they have no answers. It seems like they just want to fill your head with the bull crap. As they tell you it your fault. Which happen twice. I want to get out of HTC. I do not trust them. The fees are high. The service is like talking to a dead animal.

Jessica was helpful. I have an inate distrust of this process. I realize it is mostly because I don't understand what I am doing and why. She answered all my questions patiently and followed up as she promised she would. This worked out well for me, and for the first time I felt secure in what I had done.
