We had to change our manager and Ioana from Hospital went above and beyond any tech support from any company I have worked with. It was transferring our direct bookings from our previous managers account to a new hospitable account. She was knowledgeable, professional and prompt. She worked on bespoke solutions with other teams in the company to customize a workflow just for us to preserve our direct bookings. I cant say enough great things about her. I think she has a bright future in Silicon Valley and the rest of the globe.

Maria was super helpful answering all my questions and getting my listing up and running. The onboarding calls I purchased were definitely worth it.

I have been using Hospitable for over a year and its been a happy experience so far. There are couple of places I would like to get additional capability to minimise my manual workaround but overall it has been good

Hospitable is a very helpful platform for managing short-term rentals, but don't expect it to do your property management for you. You still must be involved to make sure everything is done the way you want it to be done and it will take some time and effort to come up to speed. Also, their semi-weekly Town Hall Meetings provide an excellent way to be introduced to new and existing services that their platform offers. With Hospitable, you can pick and choose which support services you want to use on the platform and add or delete services as needed.

I have used three other management systems for my short-term rentals, and Hospitable is easily the best of the bunch. The best part is how much it automates while staying completely reliable. It handles messaging guests so quickly and smoothly that it saves hours of work every week while still sounding friendly and personal. Beyond communication, it automatically notifies my cleaners when bookings come in, sets my door codes, runs my website, and manages all direct bookings. It even pays my state taxes just like the big platforms do. Setting everything up is straightforward, the interface is simple to navigate, and it syncs all of my booking calendars! On top of that, their customer support team is top notch too.

They have been great and I have had nothing but great experiences with them, even when I have needed help! Loving that they are constantly trying to improve in all ways!
