I’ve used Hubble Contacts for over 5 years now. I’m very satisfied with the contacts but mostly their service. When money got tight I was able to pause my subscription until things shifted in my finances without penalty. I’m very thankful for that.

I placed an order on sept 19 It was sept 27 when I finally reached out after radio silence and I received an email about Hubble updating their shipment something and that my order will ship in ad ADDITIONAL 5-10 days For my order to process and ship. I’ve tried to contact Hubble through chat but it doesn’t work I’ve been a customer for over a decade and I believe it’s unfair for me to be treated this way
