The first trial contacts I had received worked great but my prescription got worse and they had debited my credit card as I agreed upon when signing up. I quickly emailed Hubble Contacts and they immediately refunded my credit card and I will absolutely purchase from them again. Excellent customer service and product. ***** rating

Not only were they recently hit with a lawsuit for using outdated materials in their contacts, what company tells you that you're not allowed to order their basic product? My prescription was for toric lenses but was denied for their daily use contacts. The customer service rep straight up told me I was not allowed to order those. Also, the fact that you have to email support to delete your account is insane. I'm glad I dodged a bullet

Regarding your prescription, all orders must be based on a valid and specific prescription provided by your eye care provider. Unfortunately, our daily lenses are not designed to support prescriptions for astigmatism (toric lenses), which is why we were unable to fulfill your order. The contracts are crappy, mine made my eyes blurry and dry. Super flimsy. I contacted Hubble support and she said “sorry the contacts didn’t work for you, you can try our other contacts, what’s the last 4 of your card number?”

I ordered contacts from Hubble a few weeks ago and wore them for a couple of weeks. I started experiencing irritation and dryness in my eyes, which prompted me to purchase eye drops. After reading some negative reviews online, I found out about a lawsuit. I contacted Hubble for assistance, and they offered to send me another 12-pack. However, I expressed my concerns about potentially experiencing the same issue again with the new batch and requested a refund. The representative informed me that they couldn’t help and suggested I reach out to Johnson & Johnson, the manufacturer. I received two different email addresses from Hubble for J&J, but both returned as undeliverable. I ordered Acuvue Oasys, but a Facebook post indicates that you need a prescription to switch to Hubble contacts since my prescription specifies Acuvue Oasys. Did Hubble send me their contacts in Acuvue packaging?
