I used this hosting service a lot back in the days. Few days back i bought a server me and few of my friends wanted to play modded minecraft. I even bought advanced support addon. Whats my issue? currently 2 days without the modpack added onto the server. Support did not aswer me more than 24hrs.

would recommend to other people as they are fast pacing and they don't stop answering you until everything works to the clients liking!
