Lots of downtime, which the random stops for that downtime cause database errors and flat out removals of the databases. Support has no basic knowledge on how a Minecraft server works, and servers and important tickets such as downtime take 3+ hours to respond. Unimportant tickets could take a day or two for responses. All reviews I've seen before buying were from before 3 months ago. Apparently the service has dropped SIGNIFICANTLY since then. Ping issues along with this are horrible. Just avoid them. In the process of switching hosts as of now because of the constant issues. Had issues on and off from my first date of owning a server here.

HumbleServers offer really good prices for their hosting. I host my server on HumbleServers and its great! I had an issue on my server although their incredible support team swiftly helped me and resolved my issue.
