I wish I could have given a negative star rating! My hydroflask mug discolored on the bottom AND on the mug, and turns out they know this is a product problem. They do NOT make good on their warranty, and require that you : 1. send photos of the problem (no issue with that), but THEN, 2. send a VIDEO of you writing 'no warranty' on the mug in ink, destroying it before they replace it. When I said that was unreasonable since they had a pdct issue that they needed to correct, they kept adding what I needed to do to get a replacement, so I gave up. Life is too short. Don't buy hydroflask!

Out of the 100+ vendors I’ve worked with hydroflask I’d say is the most shocking from a lack of professionalism and dissatisfaction standpoint. I was very excited to work with a company that admired from the outside. After spending about a year trying to resolve issues within their billing system that they can’t even find because they outsource departments leaving their company and representatives being disconnected and having huge blind spots within the systems. I got part of my order, part was damaged, took me 6 months to get the refund. During that time they also sent a bill into collections tanking my credit report. To only tell me when I’d call that I don’t owe money and they don’t know why it says that. When I can clearly see that their company filed it. Fast forward 8 months later they send me a bill saying they’ve tried to reach out and if I don’t pay they’ll send it to collections. I hate that I mixed with this Comapny, I hate that they have such nice products and just run their business like a gross corporation. Though the quality of products are great I’d advise anyone to just work with someone else.

Bad material, got a new bottle for 11 year daughter and is pilling

So disappointed as advertised as keeping cold drinks cold for up to 24 hours, drink didn’t even get cold in it in fridge in 3 days, got told was faulty bottle so they replaced it only to have exactly same issue again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

It is always leeking. Tryed to clean and reset, nothing helps. And now it broke completely. Do not by this.

My daughter loved Hydro Flask lunch box but the handle got detached within a few weeks of use which made it unusable. I contacted the customer service because the fault falls under 5 years warranty - only to be told that I have to ship the item back at my expense and wait for defect validation and another bag shipped. Through no fault of mine I would be $12 out of pocket to ship the lunch box when I already had paid around $20 for the lunch box! Surely, a faulty item under warranty should be replaced at no cost to a customer! Such a disappointing customer service!

If you are looking for a hysterical prank that will spill liquid all over your target, cause them to look like a stained slob at work every day and run up their dry cleaning bills, the hydroflask wide mouth flex sip lid is for you! I purchased this obviously design flawed product and it immediately started dripping coffee all over me every time I took a sip so I contacted the company and they sent a replacement lid... that did exactly the same thing. The lid leaks. Its trash. Do not buy.

got a wrong order and they never replied to my emails or gave me the refund. Terrible service
