My boot for the coffee cup I ordered did not fit. Hydro Flask made it right! They sent me the right size right away. We have two Hyrdo Flask bottles that are 15 years old and still going strong, so I wanted a coffee cup that would last as long, but it needed a boot. And of course I also needed a mini bottle for my pocketbook to take to Mah Jongg. I added the initials for fun in the hope that it would not be lost. Wonderful customer service.

I had been using my 16oz wide neck flask for around 4/5 years with absolutely no problems at all, a couple of weeks ago my cap started to leak and I contacted hydro flask and was asked to send a few photos, I guess this was to confirm that the flask was genuine hydro flask? After sending photos and some details, I was supplied with new lid for flask within 3 days.. I must say I have never received, nor had I expected service like this with any product I have ever purchased.. Might I also add, the hydro flask is best flask I have ever used..

can’t believe i have my hydro flask running 3hrs now and i would say the quality is solid and can still keep my cold drink for more than 12hrs

Ordered 3 micro bottles yesterday in blue, black and purple. I signed up for the emails and got discount and free delivery. They arrived today so very fast service. I already had a micro bottle from another brand but the hydro looks better quality for sealing and I love the little handle to hook on a bag. It fits in the smallest of hand bag.s. Spare parts are available on the website. I love it so cute a I’m very happy ❤️

I want to be honest, 100% about what happened to me with Hydro flask. I have been treated very good from the company. I had this problem with the a flask that was rusted inside and within six days I received a brand new directly to my home Considering that the flask was coming directly from the US to Europe six days. It’s really fast. Hydro flask It’s a very reliable company. Customer service is amazing and I only write reviews on trustpilot to companies that really deserves it so don’t you worry if you’re buying an Hydro flask product because anything it’s gonna happen to you You gonna find help, guaranteed.

I had an issue with custom double orders placed and was told they’d have to get back to me. Well, I began looking up reviews and saw all this negative mess and was so disheartened and anxious and worried FOR NOTHING! The customer service I received from 3 agents on 2 different calls was above and beyond. They follow through on their promises and make sure shit gets handled. They pick up your phone call and remain professional and empathetic no matter how flustered or upset you may be. Please don’t get discouraged by the reviews, the product is excellent as the customer service. I am so glad I ordered as I now have the coolest flask and my order came in 2 days from placing it!
