I am extremely frustrated with the lack of support I have received. For days, I have been reporting an issue with incorrect analytics, but no one seems to take it seriously. Every time I reach out, I am told that the engineers will look into it, yet nothing has been resolved, and I receive no updates. Considering the high amount we pay for this service every month, I expected a much better level of support and professionalism. Unfortunately, my assigned support representative, Bernardo, has been completely unhelpful, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this situation has been handled. At this point, I feel like my concerns are being ignored, and I am left dealing with a broken system without any assistance. This is completely unacceptable!

Hyros is the real deal. The tracking goes as deep as you can possibly imagine -- it takes a bit of time to setup and maintain, but if you're serious about driving growth and you're running multiple channels, it's a no brainer. Big shoutout -- customer support is insane! Honestly it's 10/10. Edwina, our account manager hold me accountable to doing things the right way 🤣 She's brilliant. Hyros has been a game changer for us (this sounds like an ad but it's not). Their support team is also great and Mike has always been super responsive, creative with problem solving, and very helpful. Highly recommend, we should have started with them a year ago.
