I have been registering a domain from ICDSoft since 2005 and they have also hosted my site since then. I have never had any problems with my site. Today I asked the technical support how to convert my site from http to https. In 15 minutes they did this for me! Amazing support!

Best Hosting provider on the planet! Best 24/7 support, best bunch of people to work with. Love them since 2004.

I have registered a domain from ICDSoft for years. Also had them host my web site for a few years. Never a problem and the price was fair. One annoyance is that it's hard to get support. I have a simple question that I can't get answered. Maybe someone will see it here and answer me. I registered my domain with ICDSoft but WHOIS.com shows the registar as enom.com. Why is that? Any help is appreciated.

It's actually quite easy to get in touch with our team and have all your questions answered in a matter of minutes. Here is a link to our contact page for your convenience: https://www.icdsoft.com/en/support/contact As to why Enom is listed as your domain's registrar even though you purchased the domain from us - ICDSoft is not a domain registrar; instead, we resell the services of ICANN-accredited domain registrars such as Enom. We hope this answers your question. If you need further information or assistance, do not hesitate to get in touch with us via email, chat, or our support ticket system. Thank you. Best regards, The ICDSoft Team

After several years of one flakey, expensive webhost after another, I found ICDsoft more than 20 years ago, and they have been SUPERB for all these years. Heat tickets are ALWAYS answered and problems solved literally in a couple of minutes. The websites are solid as a rock, and I own a lot of them! I've had clients who try to insist on me using their existing webhost accounts, but I invariably save them money and increase their website's reliability by eventually moving them over to ICDsoft. There is no better webhosting service on the internet anywhere! This is the best!

I had a problem with my website related to WordPress and they fixed it instantly and gave me notice fo the fix. From posting the support ticket to fix was less than a few minutes. That's the norm with ICDSoft and not the exception.

For many of us, finding the perfect web host is like winning the lottery. ICDSoft have always offered an unbeatable combination of great service, superior support and an affordable price. Their support staff are knowledgeable and friendly, providing prompt assistance for any issues that arise. They have consistently proved themselves as reliable and trustworthy, and I couldn't be happier with their service! This February marks the 20th birthday of my hosting account with ICDSoft; That says enough :)

I wonder if they get bored with all the 5 star reviews. They have never disappointed me in over 10 yrs of hosting with them. They also have never failed to impress with the support team answering some basic questions without 'talking down' I would never think of hosting with anyone else or recommend anyone else. Over Christmas a site that is being designed by someone else was hacked, the support was fantastic, the advice great. My customer was glad that I fought to keep the hosting even after they went with a different designer ..
