I received the contact lenses from ICOICE. The packaging design is very beautiful, cute, and environmentally friendly. Additionally, the contact lenses are true to colour, very pretty. They feel comfortable to wear and do not cause any itching or discomfort. I reviewed the ICOICE lens line on the YouTube channel . Thank you for a very good experience. I will return to the shop.

I absolutely loved the lenses. The quality is great and it was so easy to put on. Highly recommend.

Súper contenta con las lentes de colores de Icoice. Pedí 3 pares de diferentes colores y son una pasada... Se gen unos ojos preciosos y son muy fáciles de poner y muy cómodas. El pedido me llegó súper bien empaquetado y con unas cajitas preciosas para cada par de lentillas. Web mut recomendable y con muchísimo surtido de lentes.

I have reached out more than 8 times and it's always a different answer from different people. This happened in December! You need to care scout customers and listen to complaints acting in a reasonable timeframe The contacts came in stuck to the package. I called and even emailed picture to no avail! This company doesn't care and has absolutely no customer service. There's a reason for the low cost, and it's not worth it. My eyes are red from wearing the other pair, and they're itchy. Don't do it!!! Go with a reputable company

Immediately after placing my order for a single pair of lenses I notified the company via chat and email that I wanted to cancel it. I wasn’t contacted until a day later and was told I could simply return them. The order was received and the box remains unopened and I am willing to pay for return shipping, but shipping should not cost as much as the item itself. Their website states that for returns : “…We will provide a nearby address to support delivery.” That was one of the reasons I chose to purchase from this company. Apparently, even though the address on my box is in California, and they also apparently operate out of New York, the only address you can return items to is in HONG KONG. Hong Kong is NOT nearby (but California is!). I’ll stick with businesses that are honest and don’t misrepresent themselves online.

I have ordered twice from this company. And for some unknown reason, they have some other different address on file. Even though on my profile it states my correct address. I made a order back on October 27th and I realized that this bogus address. They had on file was not mine and I deleted it and had my current correct address on file for them. And all they keep sending me every time that I respond with. Concerns about my order. They say that. Please give me your order number and I'll track it for you. And everything else and the thing ISIS that. It gets sent to this address.That's not even on my profile and they don't acknowledge it. Also , that their phone number that they provide on thier website is not accurate nor is it in service so there is no way to speak to a live representative. Thier online chat is just as bad. I have sent in several emails regarding my issue regarding the fact that they have keeping my money and not responding it or resending my pacage. So I called up my bank. And my bank is now investigating a fraud. And I have every bit of evidence to show them that of my communication between them and the communication that is received back from them is always the same repeated email. Please. Send correct address on file and/or order number. And I will look into it, and that's all they say, and then they make you wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and sometimes never respond. Soh I gave them an ultimatum and told them that they had 48 hours to look into this matter. And they refused to do so, so I got my bank involved and initiated a fraud investigation. This company is unprofessional their contact information. Part of it is unuseful as far as like the phone number to contact customer service, they're online cat service is. Just as bad they don't respond at all. And I've had this problem in the past with them. Sending me my order the only order. I ever got from them and it took me almost a month and a 1/2 to receive that when on their website. It says that shooting takes about 10 days. I will never, ever. Ever use this company again and I suggest anybody who reads this email.It's the same.Don't waste your money, don't waste your time.Don't waste your effort because this company is unorganized and absolutely horrible
