Louise Vallone is my hero! She worked on a time sensitive project for me that required a lot of communication via email and over the phone. She took it upon herself to verify specs from previous orders to ensure consistency and updated those specs I got wrong. She communicated with engineers to make sure my specs for signs not produced before were doable and if not, she adjusted them accordingly. She made sure the quote was updated as changes were made and kept me in the loop along the way. She knew I was stressed about getting it into production, so every chance she got, she either said something or emailed me something to make me laugh. The signs will ship December 31 and all is good in the world. Thank you Louise for all of your hard work! I told you I would hug you if I could, so consider yourself hugged!!

To not receive samples in this business, even when new orders or orders with changes are involved, is an enormous inconvenience and embarrassment.
