After receiving a notice from a few other services that are monitoring my credit from other info breaches, IDShield was the 1st to contact me on a new threat from info found on the Dark Web & walked me through the simple steps to protect myself. The other agencies monitoring were both slower to advise & I couldn't talk to a person about my concerns.

I gave 5 stars because IDShield always on it about my account, I received alert that to log into my account.And I did find out if I did nothing could have been in some serious trouble, Call IDShield spoke with the investigator sweet heaven she took care of everything,That is why I STAY a Member

They took my call on a Sunday and put an alert on my husband and my credit alert. Then Monday team called to help with other suggestions since I am on dark web. Capone caught it first.
