I have issue with irs with my tax I contact the law firm they can not help me I call the id shield so they give me advice and help me what to do so I’m still waiting for the outcome result yet

I was very worried and found conflicting information on an identity theft problem. The ID Shield agent, Brenden, was patient and very knowledgeable. He allowed me to ask questions and answered every one. He also knew exactly the information I would need going forward and provided that to me so that I could work on protecting us in the future. I am very grateful for his help.
