The people I dealt with were very courteous. Big mix up in delivery. I waited at home on 2 different occasions for the delivery but nobody showed up. I had to wait for several weeks past the scheduled due date and then I drove a half hour to their warehouse to pick up my tv. The owner did give me a $50 credit for my difficulties which was honorable on his part.
