Fantastic business. Fair prices, efficient communication, no run-around, no lying, no bait and switch, etc.. Products are genuine, new. Delivery by professional staff who take care not to dent or damage packaging. Highly recommend. I hope this business can maintain this quality of service, I know it takes a lot of effort every day.

Awesome buying experience! I was concerned due to all of the negative comments and reviews relating to other companies, however Ielectrica.com was fantastic... The TV was an LG OLED657P and it arrived as described.

The product was extremely low quality. A DVD player that failed within 10 days right in the middle of playing a DVD. I waited three days to receive an answer to my request for a refund. In the meantime I threw the unit away. After initially telling me they would give me a refund, they said that since I couldn't return it (why would they want a unit that didn't work) NO REFUND. That's the last time I'll buy ANYTHING from them.

Beware! This is our competitor leaving a negative feedback to hurt our business. This Feedback was left BEFORE HE EVEN RECEIVED THE DVD PLAYER IN THE MAIL. We issue refunds in full for TVs that cost thousands of dollars so a refund for a $25 dvd player has never and will never be an issue.
