They are dishonest. Stay away from their tours. They ask for a huge first payment that is non refundable.

Ferdinand was extremely professional, a pleasure to work with and went beyond ALL expectations in assisting me obtain a favorable flight itinerary for my upcoming trip to Japan. He was a pleasure to speak to with and possesses a wonderful passion for his position. He even took into consideration the appropriate amount of layover time. Like Goldilocks, enough but not too much. Just right. Ferdinand is an outstanding representative for your company and should be considered for an advanced managerial position. Please share this review with corporate, his immediate supervisor and, of course, Ferdinand himself. Thank you and I have already booked another journey mainly because of this positive interaction.
