They were helpful and knowledgeable. Somewhat restricted due to not being a Princess Cruise agent.

Just paid the deposit on the first of two reservations for 2027 journeys. I was very impressed with my Imagine Cruising pre-trip booking experience for our September 2027 cruise experience, that I also just booked a second trip with them for March 2027. The follow up and professional support received was exceptional. Both upcoming 2027 curated trips include Celebrity and Siverseas cruise itineraries along with additional days exploring exciting bucket list destinations, including: multiple railway journeys in Switzerland post cruise and 5 days relaxing at the adults only luxury Sandals resort in Barbados pre-Transatlantic cruise. I am certain we will be most pleased with both of the trips next year.

Fantastic experience. So glad I found Imagine Cruising. Jonathan Gilchrist was highly knowledgeable and explained in detail the benefits of using their service. Once we decided to book, he was efficient and responsive to all my questions and had all the documentation immediately delivered. We look forward to continued support as needed as we embark on our voyage. Kudos to Jon!

We've just booked our trip, but I was very impressed with the fast turnaround time once I had submitted my inquiry. Tom was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. He kept me well informed as to the process that needed to be followed. His sense of humour was also a wonderful touch as was his added insights about some of the ports, since he's been there before.
