At Industry Rockstar LLC, we pride ourselves on providing clear communication, high-value training, and transparent customer service. We’re always happy to clarify misunderstandings — especially when a situation has been misrepresented.
We’d like to respectfully correct several inaccuracies in this complaint regarding the customer’s purchase and participation in our programs.
1. The Customer Purchased Two Programs — Not One
The customer first purchased our AI-Assisted® Entrepreneur Sprint for $497, then upgraded to the AI-Assisted® Consultant Certification Program, which includes the Entrepreneur Sprint as a bonus. The AI-Assisted® Entrepreneur Sprint session he attended on October 8 was part of his Consultant package, not a separate class. This was a complimentary inclusion for Consultant students to deepen their understanding of AI tools for business.
2. The “Wrong Session” Was Actually a Bonus Week
During the week of his enrollment, our team hosted bonus business growth training sessions, which temporarily adjusted the normal Consultant schedule. The customer tried to access the Consultant session during that week, but all students and instructors were attending the bonus training. He received the update by email, though it appears he did not recognize these as included materials.
3. Access Denial to Facebook Group Was Due to Name Mismatch
When joining our private student groups, participants must use the same name and email used at registration to protect member privacy. This customer’s actual name is Edik Magardomyan. The name he uses on Facebook is Eddie Wonkotdeenan — the same as on this review. Because his Facebook name did not match his purchase details, our team could not verify his identity, and access was withheld per our privacy protocols. Our support team requested verification to grant access, but no reply was received.
4. Refund Request Was Made After the Clearly Stated 14-Day Period
At checkout, all customers agree to our Terms and Conditions, which clearly state a 14-day satisfaction period. These terms are visible before purchase and must be acknowledged. Edik checked the box confirming his agreement. His refund request came after the 14-day period had expired. The team’s decision to decline was consistent with company policy and consumer protection standards.
5. The Company Delivered All Promised Value
He received access to two full programs (Consultant + Entrepreneur), all course materials, and bonus content. His lack of access to Facebook groups was due solely to unverified name and email mismatch. His refund request was submitted after the contractual period. This was not a case of non-delivery or misrepresentation — it was a case of confusion about what was purchased and how to access it.
6. Our Continued Commitment to Service
We remain committed to every student’s success. While the refund could not be processed after the expiration period, our team is always available to clarify access issues or scheduling. We encourage this customer — and any student — to reach out using their registered name and email so we can resolve questions quickly and effectively. Now that we know who he is, we’re happy to discuss ways to help him feel taken care of.
In Closing
Industry Rockstar LLC has operated for over a decade, serving thousands of entrepreneurs and consultants globally. We take pride in acting in good faith to deliver value, clarity, and support. This situation reflects not a failure of delivery, but a misunderstanding caused by the use of different identities and email address and a lack of familiarity with the materials included in the purchase. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the facts and reaffirm our commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.
