I like this Infinity 3D massage chair very much. It massage my back and my neck just like a person does. I feel refresh after each session and do it once a day. The only thing I don't like is voice command. Sometimes it understand my voice and the other times don't.

Chair is not very well fitted for shorter people. I am 5’6” and my feet only get massaged completely when chair is fully reclined and legs fully up. There is no way to turn the air bag pressure of the legs and leave the rest of the air bags on full power. You can only turn air bag systems off. Heat is almost no existent. The $1000 recliner with heat and massage has ten times the heat that this $11,000.00 chair has.

I really enjoy the evolution 3D chair. The massage is almost like a massage from a professional.

The remote control either doesn't work properly or is really user unfriendly. Haven't been able to reach a conclusion on that yet. The phone app only partially works.

I have only had it for a couple of days but have tried maybe 6 of the settings and all are unique and amazing so far. I can only imagine where the technology is going but this machine is ridiculous. I owned a Thai massage for 5 years and some of this motion i've only had replicated by actual hands. Only drawback to the machine is an inability to really work the thighs and front of the legs. Sure that's coming. TY!

We purchased two Infinity Imperial massage chairs from Dr. Alan Weidner at Massage-Chair-Relief in late January 2021. After reading reviews about poor white glove service and watching YouTube videos about installation, we decided to assemble the chairs ourselves. The chairs come in three packages - one being very large & heavy and the other two being very manageable at about 75 lbs. We started the assembly and then called tech support to answer a question expecting them to answer our question and then say goodbye. Instead, we were amazed that they stayed on the phone for about an hour and a half walking us through the assembly step by step. Our main reason for purchasing from Dr. Weidner at Massage-Chair-Relief was his free return shipping guarantee, as long as the chair was returned within 90 days of shipping, if we were not happy with the chair for any reason. So, we waited to assemble the second chair until we knew we were happy with the first one. When, we assembled the second chair, we compared the sounds the chairs made. Having not been able to try the chairs at a showroom before we bought them, due to the Pandemic, we did not know what sounds were normal and what sounds indicated a problem. So, we called tech support again who quickly realized that one foot rest was defective. They quickly shipped a replacement foot rest. We also heard a click in one arm that wasn't on the other three arms. As it was not audible by phone or on an iPhone video, we requested a tech come out. Infinity shipped us a replacement arm rest and sent a tech out to do the servicing the day after the parts arrived. The only glitch was that we had to insist on new parts, but Ian Patterson, Infinity's Senior Tech Support leader got involved and made sure that we received new replacement parts and that we were completely satisfied. We love the chairs and use them for about an hour a day. The Shiatsu foot massage is very strong, so we did need to request complimentary foot pads, which arrived within days of our request. The one piece of delivery advice we'd suggest is to be sure to have the right four wheel furniture dolly to handle the heavy/large chair box from where the delivery driver drops it off. Also, be sure to put the chair where you will want it permanently before installing the foot rest. The foot rest is the last item in the installation and significantly adds to the weight of the chair. The Infinity Imperial has so many features we enjoy - heat, zero gravity, and six pre-programmed massages. We haven't even explored the multiple manual options to customize your massage. The chairs are a little noisy, but we experience this as white noise and find it relaxing. You can play music through the Bluetooth speakers, if you choose.

Overall bad experience since purchasing our Infinity Massage Chair on 9 DEC 2020. It was delivered on 30 DEC, but the Delivery Guys' dropped it off and left, stating they had another delivery to do, without putting together our chair. They told my Wife they would return for setup, never did! We called repeatedly and nobody responded. I immediately called the Costco Hotline Rep and asked for refund and pickup of item, have been on hold for nearly 2 weeks now as they try to coordinate pickup of the boxed unused chair that sits in my Living Room. I am not a storage unit and do not understand why it takes so long to coordinate for return and refund of my money! Horrible customer service and folks involved with my delay need to be released or held accountable. Tai McBurney
