We got a great deal on an Infinity Imperial and couldn’t be happier. And this was our third attempt in one month! Repackaging and returning a massage chair is a pain in the back! Infinity's quality, service, response time and bang for buck seems top end for me after having tried other manufactures. Knowing that they have service in the US made my purchase much more confident compared to buying a massage chair in a furniture store or from an online retailer like Amazon. Relaxing! My wife and I have the Infinity Evolution and use it each day. It's well built, quiet, and the massages are varied and relaxing. Infinity Customer Support has been exemplary. There were problems with the subcontracted delivery company but Infinity completely stood by their product and rectified the situation. Two small areas for improvement: There's a learning curve to use the control interface because it's a little confusing to use. No massage of quads or hamstrings. However, no other massage chairs massage these areas. Neither of the above two items reduce the overall excellent experience of using the chair.

We recently received our new Infinity Imperial chair after quite a bit of research online, including informational videos on YouTube featuring Dr Alan Weidner from Massage Chair Relief, the company we confided in to purchase the chair. The Imperial arrived in a timely manner and fit through our narrow 30” doors after taking it out of the box.The assembly was a bit more challenging than depicted in the videos, but we managed to get it together with some advice from the Infinity customer service dept.... I have called a few times with questions or concerns, and the response and service has been outstanding....this holds true for Infinity and Dr Weidner. The Imperial is a powerful, sophisticated piece of equipment that recently retailed for over $10,000 before the recent reduction in price. My wife and I are in our 60s and very active.... we own and operate a landscape company, and love to hike when we get the chance. Needless to say, daily access to a quality therapeutic massage is a welcome addition to our lives! The Imperial is a high end, luxury massage chair loaded with many of the same features offered in the best chairs in today’s market. It takes time to learn how to properly use the chair with respect to personal preference and body type; my wife is 5’3” 135lbs and I’m 6’3” 230lbs....we’re both learning more and more each day in becoming comfortable with the chair. This chair will do virtually anything you want it too ( except wash the dishes), but it will take time to familiarize yourself with all the options. Many people find the Imperial a bit too intense at first (as did I).... this is common and remedied thru experimenting with all the settings available, and I also received a comforting pad for the chair and the foot rollers after calling the service dept in Seabrook New Hampshire. We have had our Imperial for only a couple of weeks so far and are very happy with our decision..... the more we learn about the chair, the more we love and respect all that it can do. We’re also very comfortable in knowing that Infinity is a great company that stands behind their products after the sale. I got a great deal on an open box model, and saved thousands. Best investment I ever made. I use it at least twice a day, and as many as 4 times. It really loosens me up in the morning. If you actually visit their showroom, you can try every chair they sell. You’ll also get the best deals in person. If you can’t make it there, that’s ok too. I’m pretty sure they have a good return policy. These chairs aren’t some gimmick. These are the real deal. Mine has literally changed my life. Also their customer service is second to none. I believe if you ordered one of these you’d love it too, and there’s no way you’d return it. In fact you’d wonder how you ever lived without it. People spend this kind of money on a hot tub, and even more. They don’t get the kind of pain relief, and relaxation these chairs offer. Buy one these, and you won’t regret it. We received our infinity massage chair a couple of weeks ago from Costco. The delivery was excellent and the chair is amazing! We are in our mid 50's and this chair definitely relieves the knots in our backs and legs. We feel pretty much pain-free when using this chair on a daily basis. It also helps to take away the soreness after a good workout. We definitely recommend this chair.

We recently purchased an Infinity Imperial and it is an outstanding product! It truly is therapeutic, the doctors who designed the programs are obviously very knowledgeable. I had hip pain for a couple of years and after two sessions in the chair (hip and spine mode) the pain went away! I now look at this as a trip to the chiropractor rather than just for relaxation, although it as great for that also!

We bought ourinfinity massage a couple of weeks ago and Eric Clawson was our sales person. He was great. He answered all of our questions and gave us his cell phone number in case we needed anything. Well I started getting text messages from the company who was delivering our chair. There was a link I was supposed to use to schedule my delivery but the link wasn't working and there was no phone number to call to contact them. Today,the day after Thanksgiving we called called Eric and left a message about what was going on. He called back almost immediately. He got the number for us to call the delivery company to schedule our delivery. I can't say enough about his customer service. He called back on a holiday and straightened everything out for us. He asked me to let him know that everything was ok, which I did. It really wasn't his responsibility to help us with the delivery company, but he did. He didn't have to call us back on a holiday,from home. He could have waited until Monday, but he didn't He could have just given us the phone number and left it at That, but he went a step further and made sure we were all set for our delivery. I hope his manager, Rich Anderson, knows what a great asset he is to this company. Best customer service ever!! Just wanted everyone to know.
