Infotouch Support is NO more what it used to be.....as a small business and using Infotouch POS since last 28 years, time has come to look for a change!! and paying for their license every year just doesn't make sense any more......they just ignore your emails for support as well as phone call messages!!

They were great answering the phone and questions and very prompt, UNTIL, I signed and agreement. Then no one and I mean NO one answered the phone, rarely did I get a return call. The only thing I did get was excuses about why my system, that I was paying for was not ready to set up or it was ready to install just needing to get some one out there. A year later, canceled the order and now I am trying to get my money back, but still no phone calls answered lawyer has sent a letter and they will not even answer calls from the finance company (that they work with all the time).

I have been installing Point of Sales Systems since 1995. Recently I had a customer who need to be upgraded to a current version of the software. The customer paid for their yearly subscription back on November of 2022. I should be valid till November of 2023. In July InfoTouch sent a expiration with a end of life for the version that my client was on. The software would shutdown and be unusable. They would not honor their subscription to November. Now the customer has been without a system for several month. I have tried to call many times. When I did get someone, I was told I would be called right back. No call back. They initially said that they would not update the customer. After some conversation and paperwork, they said that they would..... Nothing. They pretty much abandoned the customer and me as a dealer. They will not call back. This software is dated. It is very clunky. Don't buy. The software has changed hands and they have not done much to the functionality of the software for over a decade. T

InfoTouch offers me the ability see sales history. When popular items are on sale it is easy to know how many to buy. When money is on sale you buy it!! The software also allows me to see volume to make sure items are moving and not just sitting on my shelves.
