The 2 INIU Power banks that I purchased were great quality and a great price. They are quite light and compact - pocket sized. I had and issue with one but this was fully and quickly resolved. I would definitely buy again and certainly recommend to a friend.

The product worked but the cable which doubled as a carry strap failed. Now I say failed because it stopped charging and when I used a different cable it worked. So the manufacturers wanted a video, they than advised they would give a 20% refund and replace the cable. They then tried to close the ticket twice. I explained I was overseas for about a month but no actions where taken to replace the cable now I had to do it for the UK. Just replace the cable! As I say the product works but the support is a disgrace. never again. Update, they have now come up with what by the sounds of it is an agreeable solution. I have tiday July 22 had a message from trust pilot saying the company want more information or they will delete my review. As you can see there is no such request here, I wonder if they are looking for an excuse to delete my review? They have now contacted me to advise they reviewed their response and deemed it insufficient so have offered me a full replacement. It took a while but they did the right thing for me in the end. Thanks

Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused during the support process. We understand how disappointing it must have been, especially when the built-in strap cable — which serves as both a carrying strap and a charging cable — stopped working. At the time, because we did not have overseas stock available for this specific strap cable accessory, we offered a 20% partial refund as an alternative solution. However, we fully understand that this may not be an acceptable option for every customer, particularly for those who specifically chose this product because of this feature. Your feedback is very valuable to us. It helps us recognize the importance of offering more flexible and practical solutions in cases like this, and we will continue improving our support options moving forward. We truly appreciate your patience and are glad we were able to reach a solution that feels more acceptable to you in the end.

Karlin was astonishingly unhelpful. I ordered two USB-C cables followed up with and e mail requiring extra items. This person lacadaisically misread my e mail failed to act expeditiously Result no plugs, eventually after numerous e mails worked out the simple request offered a link to Amazon which I explained incompatible with my morals eventually sent a link to the item I needed on their own website which, when clicked was out of stock! With no indication of return of availability. Plenty of platitudinous e mails expressing faux "regret" offering fake discounts on a purchase that was unavailable! Urgent need for Karlin to be retrained in effective customer service, and improve reading ability. Hugely frustrated EX CUSTOMER!

Purchased two INIU P62-E1 20000mAh 65W Powerbanks due to the fact my Anker banks were recalled for being a fire hazard, the offered replacements were nearly triple the size and customer service appalling. The INIU powerbanks are compact and fast charging, love them so purchased a third. INIU customer services are extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions.

I bought the INIU P63-E1, and my main issue is the battery level indicator. After fully charging the power bank, I connect it to my fully charged laptop, which draws only about 9W. At first, the percentage drops very slowly, which makes it look like everything is normal. But once it reaches around 45%, the charge suddenly falls to about 8% within 1–2 minutes, and then goes from 8% to 0% in another 7–10 minutes. What is strange is that the total energy delivered is actually close to the advertised capacity — around 80Wh. So the real problem is not the capacity itself, but the completely inaccurate charge indication. The displayed percentage does not reflect the actual remaining power, which makes the device unpredictable and inconvenient to use. I followed the manufacturer’s recommendation and fully charged and discharged the power bank around 10 times to calibrate it, but the issue never went away. If you rely on the percentage display to know how much battery is left, be careful. This model may still hold the expected amount of energy, but the indicator is unreliable enough to be misleading. I would not recommend it to buyers who want accurate battery status information.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We’re sorry to hear about the inconsistency you experienced with the battery percentage display on your P63-E1. We understand how confusing and inconvenient it can be when the indicator does not reflect the remaining power in a predictable way, even if the actual energy output appears to be within the expected range. Your experience with the calibration process is especially valuable feedback. While the system is designed to estimate remaining capacity, we recognize that in some usage scenarios the display accuracy may still not meet expectations, and this is something we take seriously for future improvements. We truly appreciate you highlighting both the strengths and limitations of the device in real usage. Feedback like yours helps us better understand where we need to improve user experience, especially around power visibility and reliability. If you would like us to further look into your case or share more details with our technical team, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. Thank you again for your honest review and support.

I bought 2 USB-C CABLE DI-D5CC for my iPhone 17 pro max. It blocked my iPhone and i had to pay 20€ in an Apple store to unblock the iPhone + buy a cable from the shop. I asked for a refund weeks ago through email, but to date I haven't got any answer.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. Under normal circumstances, a charging cable should not cause an iPhone to be locked. We take your concern very seriously. Could you please email us at [email protected] with more details so we can assist you promptly? Team INIU

Emailed them non stop to sort a faulty power bank. No response. I have called them 4 times to chase this, being told overtime somebody will resolve the issue but don't. Unbelievably incompetent people Further to the response from iniu, they have not responded to email they requested 😂. What a way for a resolution! Buy Anker going forward people, miles ahead in quality and service
