Extremely deceptive marketing materials. Sent several letters with big bold "FINAL NOTICE" and the name of my mortgage lender. No sender info, no mention of integrity admin anywhere on the letter. Trying to get me to freak out and call their sales rep. Once i got on the phone they immediately asked for sensitive personal identification info. Bad business practices all around.

a nationally disgraced scam.... just look them up.... they spam "final" notices, do not identify themselves, send "checks" that are not checks, change their phone number when the heat gets too strong, and anything else their bottom feed, time waste, predatory scam brains can think of.... which is not much, the entire thing smells from a million miles away.... shame on anyone who has a anything to do with this truly loser group of fools

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY! This company is the worst company to work with. My experience with them had been nothing but awful. First, I was lied to about the price. I was told it would be $200 for the year for two years and then the third was free. Turns out, it’s $200 A MONTH. When I called them on this, I was told it was a “required service”. I then asked, “Is it required for a homeowner in the state of Utah?”. “Well, no it isn’t.” Not only was I lied to but the customer service rep had the worst attitude and treated me like I was stupid for not knowing their whole policy. He was so adamant that this is required only to find out, it’s not. He was obviously using scare tactics. How would I know the specifics when it was explained to me differently? Secondly, since we already paid the $200 monthly fee for July, I figured we might as well get our garbage disposal fixed since it crapped out on us within this month. I called, got a claim set up, and I had to call the service provider even though they tell you on the phone that they will call you. Annoying but okay. I called and got someone out within a couple of days. They got a quote estimate a couple of days later and sent it to this insurance group. I hadn’t heard anything so I called them and sent it over to them as well. I got a confirmation that the claim was received. Great! I get a call a few days later asking if the service had been completed. No? I called them back and they said they never received the quote. I explained that I already sent it and got confirmation but the first rep was adamant that it was never received. She then started to talk down to me so I asked her to check her attitude only for her to hang up on me. Not a single warning or anything. Usually, with GOOD customer service, you get a warning or two. Nope. She just hung up on me as if I was being verbally abusive. I wasn’t even yelling. I just asked her to please check her attitude. I called again and got someone else to help. He said the same thing that the claim was never received and again I explained I got a confirmation email. He tried blaming the service provider when clearly, the ball was in their court. I asked for him to verify the email so I could send it again but instead he went into the policy of the company. I just wanted the email so I interrupted him and he hung up on me. So I’ve been hung up twice now for nothing. I call a third time and got a nice representative who helped me and even sent the claim to a manager and put me in the queue for a callback from a manager. When I finally got ahead of a manager, he gave me his phone number and email. I tried several days getting in contact with him and I was ignored. Overall, their customer service reps are so rude and will find any excuse to hang up on you even though you did nothing wrong. This company will scam you for everything you’ve got. I will never use this company again and I strongly urge you to not do business with them either. I will be filing a formal complaint to the BBB asap.

Terrible experience. I signed up for a warranty home protection but they are particular about what they cover and won't cover. It's not worth the $200 a month investment. You're practically just throwing away your money to them and waiting for the right mechanical parts to break down. Stick with another honest warranty.

I just want to say thank you guys for all the reviews I was almost hooked at what they were offering until I decided to do a little research as soon as I asked them who they were they tried to avoid the question. They’ll push this into you right off the bat but just say no and they’ll get defensive. There’s no warranty on anything unless you already bought warranty at the time of purchase .

As a veteran who recently purchased my first home, I'm especially disturbed by this company's deceptive marketing practices. I received what appeared to be an urgent 'FINAL NOTICE' regarding my VA home loan, designed to look like it was from my actual lender, Bell Bank. The notice used deliberately misleading tactics - including official-looking formatting, a Home Owner ID number, and urgent language about 'revoking allocated waiver' - to pressure me into calling their number. Only after researching the company did I discover this was not a legitimate notice about my VA loan, but rather Integrity Admin Group's attempt to sell insurance through deceptive means. This kind of predatory behavior targeting new homeowners, especially veterans who've used their VA loan benefit, is completely unethical. Companies should not exploit veterans' concerns about their new home purchases to generate sales leads. Their marketing should be upfront about who they are and what they're selling, not disguised as urgent notices about our mortgages. I strongly discourage any business with a company that uses such manipulative tactics to reach potential customers.

as others have said, this company is a scam. it is designed to take your money and then give you the absolute runaround to ever get anything repaired reliably, or to ever see a cent of the money you paid them returned in name of their "service". STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM.

This company definitely doesn’t deserve even one star. We use them and paid thousands of dollars into their policy to find out that they don’t cover HVAC, which is exactly what they say they do in the “contract”. They refused to pay for HVAC back in March of this year. Their warranty in the fine print says you’re issued a full refund if you cancel your contract which is over $3000 in our case, however since June, my husband‘s been on the phone with them speaking to the same people over and over again, and today I made the call, they always say they’re supervisors on another call, the supervisor will never call you back. The people on the phone are rude, They lie, interrupt when you’re talking and they always say your check was issued on this day or that date and we never ever received these checks. With multiple calls and no resolution it’s time to start filing complaints to whom that govern them and possibly seek a lawyer in this case. Do not do not even use this company. They send mail once you have a home that you own and try to convince you with using scare tactic and order to become their customer. When they pay for nothing. Therefore they are embezzling your money. Do not go to this company.
