Worst hole belly clams
I order in the pass an everything was good. I wrote about my last 4pounds of clams which was terrible. A the reply I received was I hope your next order is better. There was nothing about what they could do to fix it the problem. 9-21-26 I am replying to your update you sent me on 9-17-26. My name is not Mary and I never placed an order for Mackerel and sent pictures. I still stand by what I said this was the worst 4 pounds of clams sent to me. The order number was 8081. For your review

Myrel, we reviewed your order, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. We can confirm that you did receive 4 lbs of whole belly clams with this order. However, we were unable to find any correspondence where the issue was brought to our attention for review. The quality of the frozen food items I…
The quality of the frozen food items I received was not acceptable and the company would not give me a refund or replace the order at no charge.

William, our records show the order remained in frozen storage until fulfilment, was packed with the appropriate refrigerants, and was delivered the morning after FedEx received it. The concern was submitted nine days after delivery, so we were unable to verify the condition of the seafood at the time of arrival or determine when the reported change in condition occurred. For this reason, the order did not qualify for a refund or replacement under our claims process. We appreciate you sharing your concerns, and your feedback regarding the packaging and refrigerants has been passed along to our team for review.

I live on the west coast and have…
I live on the west coast and have ordered from Intershell one other time without any issues. However, my last order was placed about a week before labor day for delivery on the the Friday before the long weekend. Little Neck Clams were main course for a holiday cookout. My order has been stuck in the "Preparing your order" status ever since. I sent emails and have left a couple voicemails over the last week with zero reply from Intershell. I have since cancelled the order. Customer service appears to be non-existent with Intershell Seafoods. Too bad because I did enjoy the first purchase I made.

Our records show that the order was ultimately cancelled through the self-service order system before it was shipped.
