Great service and reliable network. Specially support chat/service is also great. They will guide you on what you want. Thank you

I have been with IP Burger for last 12 years and service has been excellent. I do come across other service providers but IPBurger's reliability is top notch.

1. The customer support system is top-notch, you will be chatting directly with a human, not some arrogant bot, giving you 100% attention and always ready to solve your problem. 2. I've used some IPs that made me lose my job, but with IPBurger, you're 100% secured. 3. The IP is all yours, nobody else, not some silly DC sold as resident ISP. IPBurger is good, fast, secured, and reliable. You will get value for your money!

excellent service, nice to talk to them.

Awful experience. I paid for a premium residential/ISP IP that was supposed to be clean, but ended up with serious reputation issues and a very high fraud score. When you ask for a replacement because the IP they provided has problems, they'll eventually refuse any further replacements, even when the replacement IP develops problems too. They also refused a refund. Support even told me “It is not possible to mention everything on our website” when I questioned their replacement restrictions. If I'm paying a premium price for a clean IP, I expect to actually receive and maintain a reasonable-quality IP, not be stuck with a bad one and told there's nothing they can do. Definitely won't be renewing.

I've had an excellent experience with IPBurger and can honestly say they stand out from the competition. The quality and reliability of their proxies have been consistently impressive, making them a great choice when you need a stable and dependable VPN/proxy service. I used their services about 10 years ago but never left a review and they were already EXCELLENT. I am back to use their services and blown away particularly for their customer service. What really sets IPBurger apart, though, as I said before, is their customer service. Their support team is incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I've had a question or needed assistance, they've gone above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved quickly. It's rare to find a company that combines high-quality proxies, reliable performance, and genuinely outstanding customer support all in one place. If you're looking for a trustworthy VPN/proxy provider, I would highly recommend IPBurger. For me, their service quality and customer support are among the best in the industry.

Great Customer service, love it
